What a perfect and special hotel with decent staff at the reception desk! Climate control and lounge chair in the room, fantastic location. Great view of the park from the window.

The rooms were recently refurbished and well stocked with balcony, everything was really good. I was satisfied with wake-up service available. The location was easy, close to Museum of Nature.

The room was great. Very spacious, more an apartment with small kitchen, dining area and sofa. Extremely good price-performance ratio. The breakfast was very good and much better than expected. All in all a clear recommendation!

The carpets in the hallway were stained!!! The facility feels overwhelmingly dated, and the narrow corridors cluttered with bins made navigating quite annoying!!!

The location is prime for checking out MacLaren's On Elgin and catching a Senators game along Sens Mile. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with great options, and the staff were super friendly. Perfect for a group getaway.

I did notice the parking situation wasn't ideal, as we had to walk through a garbage area to get to the parking lot.
